this time round stay at home rest.
lol. training pace went up by alot.
BCCT was a killer under the VERY VERY hot sun out in the open field.
AGR too. the rest still ok.
lucky today rain heavily.
if not i will have 2 road march in 2 days straight.
i think i'm gonna suffer even more next week.
